Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with Intuit training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete required compliance and training.
• English/Spanish bilinguals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, addressing tax questions and planning needs.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and maintain client relationships year-round.
