Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, deliver personalized advice, and collaborate with specialists across business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hrs/wk minimum.
• Must complete training and wear company uniforms as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
