Job summary

Intuit invites energetic professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as year-round Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax offices across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients maximize refunds while building trust in your local community.

Working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, you’ll grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up.
• Must complete all required training and may be asked to wear uniforms and participate in ads.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build a local customer base and engage through events and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients to Intuit solutions and related services.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term client trust through excellent service and outreach.
