Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare full-service tax returns, provide expert advice, and coordinate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and exceptional service with on-site presence from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Training and uniforms provided.

Formación

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
