Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to support customers at our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparations, and help clients maximize refunds while guiding them through local community engagement.

Join a network of professionals and leverage Intuit resources to grow your local business footprint through events and partnerships. On-site hours are typical business days, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local customer base through outreach and partnerships.
• Organize local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking sessions.
• Represent Intuit as the local face of TurboTax, guiding clients to complementary Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear communication in person and via video tools.
• Maintain compliance training and participate in ongoing upskilling and cross-training of other products.
