Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic, year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide expert tax help, complete returns, and connect clients with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. You’ll build trusted relationships in the local community, drive client growth, and deliver a best-in-class experience both in person and via TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Att’y) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes with the IRS.
• Experience filing 1040s (30+ per season) using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week, Mon–Fri.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in holistic tax advisory and growth within Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer experiences in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end client solutions.
