Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax guidance and complete client returns in a local TurboTax office. The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, community engagement, and local growth through outreach and partnerships.

You will act as a local face for TurboTax, offering personalized tax solutions, referrals to related Intuit services, and ongoing client support within a collaborative team. Onsite, Mon-Fri during peak hours, with opportunities for upskilling.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or enrolled agent with tax expertise preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Organize and lead local events to build a local customer base and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients with Intuit solutions for ongoing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
