Intuit, Inc. invites applications for TurboTax - Local Service Expert positions to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
