Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and advise clients to help them achieve positive financial outcomes.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships, working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (minimum 20 hours/week).

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and extensive tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at a TurboTax office.

Aufgaben

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Build local relationships through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and drive community engagement.
• Refer to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and financial planning as appropriate.
