Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax advice, complete returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and demonstrate Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
