Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and prepare personal and small business returns at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, acting as a trusted advisor, and coordinating with Intuit’s ecosystem to broaden services. Onsite presence is required, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and standard business hours. Training and uniforms are provided.

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
