Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax locations as Local Service Experts, delivering on-site tax preparation and personalized guidance to individuals and small businesses.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, extend the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and build a local client base through community engagement while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00–5:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training including compliance, cross-training, and development.
• Must wear company uniform and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local TurboTax face.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
