Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and year-round tax preparation at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will grow the local client base, connect clients to Intuit’s broader services, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience in collaboration with a team of specialists. You will work onsite, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and may engage in community outreach to build relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across complex tax scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
