Job summary

Intuit is seeking knowledgeable TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for local clients. You’ll collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in outreach, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, Mon-Fri, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development including compliance and cross-training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise — give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador — grow a new local customer base and lead local events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem — connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build Relationships — develop long-term trust and client loyalty.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience — ensure professional service and understand client financial goals.
