Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while linking clients to a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and represent Intuit in community events, with a strong emphasis on customer experience

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ongoing year-round support.
• Engage with community and market TurboTax services locally and online.
