Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will work with a team of professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, while expanding the local business and building lasting relationships in the community.

Responsibilities include comprehensive tax preparation, client discovery, and guiding clients through Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain client relationships.
