Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build relationships, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while collaborating with a broader team of specialists. You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years of federal/state tax returns experience.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping/payroll advised.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive client solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and problem solving.
• Represent Intuit in local events and marketing efforts.
