Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and build a strong community presence.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage in outreach and events, and connect clients to related Intuit services while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Training requirements are subject to change based on business needs and the company reserves the right to introduce additional requirements at any time

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
