Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll handle tax preparation, offer expert advice, and help clients navigate diverse tax situations in a local setting.

As part of a broader Intuit ecosystem, you’ll partner with specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience, grow the local client base, and deliver year-round support with exceptional customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiar with preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location and adhere to hours.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; open to marketing photos/text.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals; act as local ambassador for TurboTax.
• Partner with other Intuit experts to offer comprehensive services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver year-round support with excellent service.
