Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses, on-site and with virtual clients.

You’ll help grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and ensuring compliance with tax rules.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and tax planning guidance.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base in the local community.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
