Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will serve both in‑person and virtual clients, handling a range of tax scenarios and connecting customers with related Intuit services to complete their financial picture.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite role at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Act as a local business owner and community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
