Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while serving as a connector to specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will grow a local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end client solutions.
