Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Your role includes community outreach to grow the local client base and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Be a tax expert with hands-on preparation experience and PTIN in good standing.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax compliance rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Able to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hrs/wk.
• Complete required training and development, including compliance and product training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and via virtual tools.
• Maintain high service standards and use available marketing resources.
