Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite, serving in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, offering personalized tax advice, and connecting clients to broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, M–F, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to support year-round needs.
