Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service preparation at a TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with specialists to address client needs from personal to business income, deductions, and planning, while actively growing the local client base and delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences in-person and virtually. Role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and a customer‑centric approach within standard on-site hours.

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence and creating tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
