You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, building long‑term relationships while connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. The role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, with on-site hours and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience preparing complex personal and business tax returns using professional software.
• Ability to connect with clients and provide clear tax guidance in everyday language.
• Willingness to grow into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and proactive engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
