Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll deliver on-site, full-service tax preparation and expert tax guidance in a collaborative team setting.

You’ll grow the local client base, assist with referrals to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and provide a seamless Intuit experience to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax laws knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms; advertising use of name/photo.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and service excellence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem for complementary services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax questions.
