You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building strong client relationships and growing a local client base. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions, helping customers navigate complex scenarios and achieve financial

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
