Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to address a client's complete financial picture.

You will grow the local client base through proactive community engagement, events, and partnerships, delivering a trusted, end-to-end Intuit experience with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to training and wear Intuit uniforms; marketing guidelines apply.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning insights.
• Build local client acquisition through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address full needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
