Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

On-site, you will deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance, serving clients in person and virtually while building long-term relationships. You will work closely with a network of specialists to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services, while engaging the local community through

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Build a local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - Develop long-term trust with clients to turn one-time transactions into ongoing relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Ensure professional service and help clients achieve financial goals.
