Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert locations across the United States. You will deliver on-site tax expertise, meet with clients, and coordinate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end TurboTax support and year-round financial guidance.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll handle personal and business tax scenarios, grow your local client base, and participate in community outreach while leveraging Intuit resources to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep exp and tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040s with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work in TurboTax office; typical hours 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri.
• Complete required training and development as directed.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver full Intuit experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and on-site support.
