Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, deliver tax expertise, and connect them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll solutions.

You will build a strong local presence, drive referrals, and provide year-round support, aiming to create long-term client relationships and prosperity for your community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a wide range of tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy in person and via Intuit tools.
