Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation and advice, serving both in‑person and virtual clients and collaborating with a team of specialists. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver an end‑to‑end TurboTax experience, using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
