Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our team at TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will work on-site, provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time
• Willing to complete required compliance and pro development training
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building local social presence and community engagement
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business taxes
• Proactively grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, finance planning)
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences
• Operate in-person and via Intuit video tools to assist clients and answer inquiries
