Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support in a collaborative, on-site role.

Beyond tax filing, you’ll partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a full Intuit service experience, growing your local client base and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax clientele through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
