Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to offer end‑to‑end Intuit services.

You will engage in local growth, educate clients, and leverage marketing tools to expand the TurboTax client base while delivering personalized experiences and year‑round support. This role requires on‑site presence and a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s for 30+ returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00–17:00, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base and establish long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end‑to‑end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and year‑round support.
• Engage with the local community through events and outreach.
• Discuss planning and advisory options beyond tax filing.
