Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert advice to in-person and online clients, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios while collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You’ll grow a local client base, lead outreach and events, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and business tax advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office with hours 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week; peak periods may scale activity.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; additional requirements may be introduced.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips/content for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base and partners.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through local events and outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear guidance.
