Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The role emphasizes hands-on client meetings, ongoing training, and active community engagement to build trust and drive long-term

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Comfortable with 20+ hours per week and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare taxes for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Provide tax planning advice and software support.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with related services.
