Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base, leverage TurboTax marketing tools, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Organizational ability to upsell additional services and upskill with training.
• Willingness to work onsite, wear uniforms, and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and loyalty.
• Develop relationships and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via in-person and video interactions.
