Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients to a full Intuit ecosystem of services.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow your local client base, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build community relationships.
• Coordinate with tax specialists for complex scenarios (business income, investments, amendments).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual clients.
