Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will act as a local ambassador, growing the client base and coordinating with a broad team to deliver end-to-end support. Responsibilities include delivering personalized tax services, advising on complex scenarios, and leveraging Intuit resources to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning

Qualificações

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Drive local growth by building a new customer base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture and coordinate with specialists for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients meet financial goals.
