You will serve clients in person and remotely, delivering personalized tax solutions while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a complete client experience. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to build long-term relationships.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, turning transactions into year-round engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
