Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energized TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support clients in person and virtually, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You’ll engage with the local community, develop relationships, and help grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or active attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end services.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exemplary customer experiences.
