Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to address complex scenarios while building strong relationships with local clients. You will engage the community, grow the local client base, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred.
• Experience with tax preparation software and tax laws.
• Willingness to be onsite and grow local TurboTax client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax clientele and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping and payroll when relevant.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with local and marketing teams to drive client engagement.
