Intuit Inc. is seeking fast‑paced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, client advisory services, and connect customers with a broader team across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to ensure a complete financial solution. You will drive local growth, engage with the community, and provide a seamless end‑to‑end TurboTax experience while delivering excellent customer service and building long‑term

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required.
• Three years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to grow local business and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize tax liabilities.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and partnerships.
• Lead local events and utilize marketing tools to build brand and client relationships.
• Be the local ambassador and ensure exceptional year-round client support.
• Work on-site with a cross-functional team, serving both in-person and virtual clients.
