Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You're expected to grow local client bases, engage with the community, and participate in marketing-backed initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week (8:00–17:00).
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best in class customer experience.
