You will grow the local client base, connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service in a shared client context.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
