Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while also driving local client growth and connecting clients to Intuit's broader services.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, collaborate with specialists in business tax, payroll, and advisory services, and contribute to year-round customer prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred and active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upsell bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
