Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually.

You will collaborate with teams offering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, identify prospects, and grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and trust to convert transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and clear communication.
