Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will act as a trusted advisor, combining in-person service with collaboration across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and PTIN active.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040s.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services for clients.
